Reflection is the process in which light, after colliding with a plane medium, is reflected back in its direction. Refraction is the process by which light changes its path as it passes through a substance, causing the light to bend to the other side. Thus, this is the key difference between reflection and refraction. Reflection and refraction are phenomena that are explained by both the wave and particle models of light, demonstrating the dual nature of light as both waves and particles. In the wave model, reflection occurs when waves of light encounter a boundary between two media with different optical properties, such as in air and glass.
What is a Reflaction
When the Rays of light hit an Opaque Surface, the Phenomenon of bouncing back is Called Reflection. We can say that Reflection occurs without any change in the path of Light.
What is a Refraction
Refraction is the Process of bending of Light or Sound when it Passes through an Object such as a Wall (Sound) or a Window (Light), When Light particles Pass through water or a Prism, their refraction results in refraction in the Sky a Rainbow forms.
What's the Difference between Reflection and Refraction
Reflection Occurs when Light bounces back after Striking a surface. Reflected light creates images on Mirrors and other Smooth, Shiny surfaces. Refraction occurs when Light changes Direction, or bends, as it Passes from One Substance to another.

The Law of Reflection states that the Angle of reflection equals the angle of Incidence— θr = θi. The angles are Measured relative to the Perpendicular to the Surface at the point where the Ray strikes the Surface
What is the Law of Refraction Formula
The Basic formula of Snell’s law, Also known as Law of Refraction, is Stated in equation form as n1 sin θ1 = n2 sin θ2.
Reflaction of Light
When a Ray of light approaches a Smooth Polished Surface and the Light ray bounces back, It is Called the Reflection of Light.
Refraction of Light
Refraction is the bending of a Light wave When light enters a Medium where its Speed is different. When light Passes from a faster Medium to a Slower Medium, its refraction bends the beam of Light towards the Normal to the Boundary between the Two Mediums.
